Quality of our services

The IES provides top quality services which comply with the European standards. The quality is guaranteed, inter alia, by its certified Integrated Management System under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 that has been in place since 2004.
The quality of the IES’ services is constantly monitored. We do this by using a number of tools including the anonymous feedback questionnaires which are completed by all participants at the end of their training. According to the questionnaires, our training events in 2012 had a total average score of 4.68 on a scale of five points, 5 being the highest.
